Hey, ive just got hold of my SPV M500 from orange and for the last day or 2 its been working fine, untill yesterday i kept getting a "backup battery is low" message every 10mins even tho it was fully charged. Now ever since that my screen doesnt respond to anything! my hardware buttons can do a little navigation and work fine but its very limited. im stumped

Tried a full charge + a hard reset? ( you'll loose all data on the phone :-(

If so and it still does it, give orange a call to arrange a replacement, no point going to HTC for repair orange should replace with a brand new one. Don't accept a refurb.
