Hi ppl,

I recently dropped my SPV M500 by accident and the power button, when pressed crashes the phone and you have to soft reset it all the time!

I have had a few suggestions of reflashing the phone, do you think this would solve the issue, and how do i do that???

if you can't fix it yourself then I'd recommend investigating HTC's repair service in the UK. I dropped my phone in the states last year and broke the power button. When I got back I arranged a repair with them and the turnaround was about 5 days. See this thread for more details.
