Arranged for a replacement (3rd replacement of a c550!!!!) which arrived yesterday........ WITH A FAULTY JOYSTICK what a joke. Replacement FOUR in six months ariving tomorrow :) :) ;) you could ask for a different phone (c600 springs to mind) as a replacemnt instead as you have had 4 in 6 months...... i know one person did that and has now got a c600 but i forgot where i saw the thread. but basically say you want a different phone and then ask for a c600 :D they should defo give you one after all the hassle witht having 4 phones in 6 months...
