Lost phone number

HELP!-I ve made this mistake once before-Does anyone know if theres a way round it?-I entered a number on the keypad of my C550(in a rush!) then hit "save","new item" entered a name then hit "done"(I DIDNT dial the number).Course later when I go to dial the number, because I didnt re-enter it I ve just got a contact with a name and nothing else!-Does anyone know if its possble to view the last keystrokes entered or any way of retreiving the number??(I ve got PHM Registry Editor)
