Unfortunately there is nowhere to get these spares unless you can get Motorola to fix the phone for you.
The only option is to buy an old mpx200 from ebay and use the parts.

Although nothing in their section for mpx200 on the website, www.cnn.cn do have the parts if you contact them directly last I checked a few months back.
Failng that PM me as I have a spare I think.
