One thing i cant find on my o2 xda iq is somewhere to list how much data i have transfered over GPRS

If anyone knows of a program that can measure how much i transfer each month that would be great, thanks.

Is there anything I can use to record the speeds I am getting on HSDPA? I have tried a couple of the web browser based speed testers but with no luck.
