Anyone know if a splitter is available yet to allow charging while ear phones are plugged in?

An alternative would be if there is a gismo that with talk to AD2P bluetooth, then push it out into the 2 wires (I have a headunit in my car which takes red/white cables as line in.

after a bit of confusion with them trying to suggest a usb sync+charge cable, this is the latest email i recieved today from proporta, for what it's worth.
