We have heard from lots of people about how easy the process of ordering an upgrade was and how much Orange have charged, or tried to charge them for the device. I also got a call on Saturday morning from orange shop richmond surrey asking if I wanted one of their newly arrived 3100's, as had I called on Wednesday and asked them to let me know when they got some and I could have it as an upgrade. Alas, no deal yet - none of the shops on Oxford St. want to entertain the thought of upgrading me onto an m3100 (they're all reserved for new customers apparently...). I'm UIC 5, which means an upgrade should be nice and easy and cheaper - though I'm only 6 months into my current contract.
