Herms SPV M3100 bluetooth headphones issue

Hi

I just bought some Bluetooth headphones from creative (link).

My Herm 100 (SPV M3100) can see it as a stereo partnership; the headphones have a hiss like speakers for about 5 seconds and then go dead. No sound goes through them. However they do work with my laptop.

Please note I am not using the 3.5 Bluetooth transmitter supplied with the headphones because they are not needed.

Any ideas what I
