Devices:mpx220

I've downloaded a .JAR and a .JAD file for MPx220 smartphone. What folder on my phone do I need to set them in in order for my Java applet to find them?

Motorola MPX220
Common apps: GNUBOY Gameboy Color Emulator, Oxios Memory, TCPMP, Pocket Notepad, Kevtris
