I just bought this phone brand new today, and it worked fine - and then I woke up this morning after letting it charge via the USB (If that helps any), and now it went from "Searching" for the network to "No Service" and I can't seem to figure  out why. Anyone know what I can do to fix this?

I've also tried to update the rom, but it gets to the point where it says "it's exceeding the time limit", and doesn't go any further as far as the 'start flasher downlad etc'.

To keep an update going here, I did managed to get the rom update done, but still getting the "No Service"

take out battery and put back in

have u restarted? and/or turned the phone antenna off through comm manager and turned it back on?

hey evn i had the same problem, mine 2 showed no service, even though i updated the rom n al. but i didnt get solved. so had to get a new phone. i stil hav tat phone in my cubord, but nw i use cingular 2125.
