I know this topic has been raised before but never has a definitive answer been forthcoming (I don't think)

My M600 Screen will randomly go dark so that in order to light it up again you must (whilst looking at a very dark screen) go Start>Settings>System>Backlight>and slide the slider back up to the desired brightness.

This is very annoying and there seems to be no pattern to when it occurs. Has anyone got to the bottom of it yet?

Not sure why it's doing it, however is you press an hold the power button it should increase the brightness?

Saves trying to use the slider..

Sometimes you have to press, hold, release, press, hold, release!

If you press and hold the power button the dialog box with the option to switch off your phone appears.
