2 questions... Tasks and Notes

I just got the T-Mobile Dash yesterday and am very happy with it so far. I previously had a pocket pc and it seems like windows mobile 5 is just a dummied down version of pocket pc os.

2 questions:

1. When entering a task on the phone, how do I enter the due date? I can't find this anywhere and it seems ridiculous you can't enter the due date.

2. How do you synch outlook notes? I don't even see a notes feature on the phone. In fact, the phone doesn't even come with any type of notes application for jotting down text. Pretty strange.

2. To do notes you have to get a third party app. I like smartphone notes others like phatnotes (both cost).

1. Tasks don't have a due date, I think if you edit them in outlook to include a due date they will continue to have it on the pc, but not on the phone.

Sadly these two really important features have been greatly overlooked by Microsoft (on the smartphone anyway). Hopefully when ppc and smartphone merge in "Photon" (which was being called wm6, but supposedly crossbow was changed from 5.5 to 6) they will address these issues. Besides these two are vastly more important than my inbox imo.

Papyrus is the best calendar/task app in my opinion, and Facade integrates the calendar/tasks on the homescreen and is awesome! Both of these products are on www.sbsh.net

I tried out papyrus and facade. It's nice... but a little too powerful and advanced. I just want a simple task program that allows you to enter due dates and have the tasks show up on the today screen.

I'm using Orchid as a task launcher and really like it a lot. Very simple and easy to use.
