Removing battery cover from SPV C550

Hi folks,

Sorry to ask but I've had no luck removing the back of the SPV c550 phone to remove my sim for my upgrade to the M3100. I've checked the manual and it's worse than useless, so I am left feeling like a complete muppet even after a thorough search of the Intarwub. Any tips for safe removal of the back cover without screwing up the phone would be much appreciated.

Apologies if this information is buried somewhere on the site. My googlism didn't help me find it, so maybe it's a useful new topic for muppets like me! I've tagged the topic to this end. :)

Thanks in advance for your assistance,

James

:)

So I just had the delivery man dropping off the new handset and I asked him if he'd had experience of them and he opened in in a jiffy, just by giving it a much firmer press on the Windoze logo and pushing down toward the bottom of the phone. Bloody joke. Sorry all.

James
