I guess this means that the phones are being sold app-unlocked looeee The SPV C500, C550 and the M3100 I trialled where all partially application unlocked and so was the Graphite. They all took applications out of the box. To unlock the fully to install Sniper/SmartTweaker I had to use PHM registry editor (and it worked on the Graphite as well) to change a couple of entries in the registry .
