Does anyone know of a work around to use the mp3s stored on my memory card as a ringtone without having to move them to the device under "my programs"? Please help!! Thanks. (I have a BJ).

on your storage card, create a folder called "My Documents", every mp3/wav file in there will automatically show up in the ringtone list and works fine. keep in mind that when you take out the sd-card, the settings are lost and you'll have to set your ringtone again. (i never take out my sd so no problem for me)

I just made a 30sec clip of my MP3 ringtone and stuck it on the device. Only 600kb and more than enough length before voicemail.

yeah, but some want to use diff tones for diff contacts and it can get quite big then so why not use the mem.card.

Ah yeah then it would. Works great for a single tone though.
