So many things to say about this...

Not only is it a well-executed homescreen, its a proof-of-concept for customizing the card wheel plugin...

In terms of feedback, I would have to say that is great, but the burning question right now is: "how did you get the i600 hs onto you blackjack?"

It would really be a new standard in WinMo homescreens if the plugin got cracked.

The folks over at xda-dev have a little thread going on about this, perhaps you can consult those people - and thanks for being willing to help, you're a godsend.

Where is the carousel.dll located? It most likely is under \Application Data\Home

First change your homescreen to the Windows default homescreen so it's not accessing the carousel.dll file and reboot the phone.

In Resco Explorer go to Menu -> Options -> Browser, and uncheck "Hide Hidden files (.dll, etc)", and then Done.

Go to \Application Data\Home and try copying the now visible carousel.dll to a folder on your storage card using Resco.

Now copy the carousel.dll form the storage card to your PC using activesync.

Did this work?

Woah! it' great!

Could you tell us what files do you change?

I can see all graphic files in \Windows

KINetics ->> just carousel.dll isn't enought to make it work on other phones (even i600/blackjack branded). They try it in xda forum

Can you describe how you modified the original home screen? have you modified the DLL? I'd like to customize it to integrate Good Link plugin + other ones.

Thanks

I'm confused.

Does this guy have a Q or a Blackjack?

And if either...he DID get the files on his phone somehow.

How is it done?
