I've got a SIM-free SGH-i600, which I expected to be fully unlocked, but I can't move the Start Menu items which appears to mean that it's still partially locked.
I've tried following the instructions which worked for my HTC Smartphones, but I cant change those registry entries on the Samsung:
Anyone know how to do move the Start Menu items (that's all I'm really after, but if it means fully unlocking in the process that's fine)

start regeditSTG.exe and change the following Registry Keys: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies0001001 = 2 -> Change the value data from 2 to 1 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies0001005 = 16 -> Change the value data from 16 to 40 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies0001017 = 128 -> Change the value data from 128 to 144 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \Security\Policies\Policies -> Add new value "0000101b": Dword = 1
