Problems answering calls

Is anyone else experiencing problems answering calls? I've been having intermittent problems where when I answer calls both I and the caller just get silence. I assume this points to a faulty handset (I've already had a button fall off), which I'll have to return to O2?

i get problems sometimes,

have to restart the fone.

having bluetooth problems too, can't send anything between my graphite and imate sp5 or vice versa ;)

in Smart Explorer, it says 'unable to connect'

both are paired.
