As title really I click on update library and it searchs the device and finds the album I want to add then it says adding files but instead of adding all the files that it has found it just adds a sound file that it found in my TomTom directory. Its really starting to peeve me off. Any ideas anybody???

I am also getting this problem it starts to add the files but freezes and doesnt add them.

Hi ive found a fix navigate to your storage card and then get windows to show all files through the options menu. Ten delete the file named MSMETADATA. Fixed it for me hope it helps

I found a tip on another forum, and it was to delete the hidden files MSMETADATA and WMDRM in the root of the storage card - and then WMP will not only detect the storage card, but add the media files too
