when i try to sync a video it says converting then about 5 seconds later it says its done and it leaves a 8kb file on my phone. it wont convert the whole file. and when i try to just drag and drop it on my phone it will convert it but it wont let me play it on the media player on the blackjack. i have tired over 12 videos all differnt formats.how do i properly sinc the videos ?also i have tried to use a convert "winavi" witch i used to use on my old phone and the videos lag like hell. anyone here play videos without lag?

im using wmp 10. i tired it on 11 as well. im using a dell e521 with xp
