Guest SkUk21 Posted April 26, 2007 Report Share Posted April 26, 2007 (edited) Hi guys Are any of you experiencing a problem with the SPV E650 directional keypad. the down button in particular seems noisy and a little uncomfortable to use when compared to the others. i recall Paul mentioning something about this....... Guest Paul (MVP) Posted April 26, 2007 Report Share Posted April 26, 2007 The noise of the button should be the exact same click, and I wouldn't say it's uncomfortable to use... it IS close to the 2 key, but generally not such that it is an issue (unlike the preprod unit!) Guest Samsonite Posted April 26, 2007 Report Share Posted April 26, 2007 i had my E650 replaced today becasue the # button was clicky. it sounded like the membrane underneath was creased. the button worked 99 times out of a 100 but it was never gonna last. Full credit to the O shop in Portsmouth tho. Phoned them up to talk about it and the girl there was fine, put a new unit aside for me, told me it would take a good half hour to do the instore replacement and sure enough, they had a handset waiting for me and all sorted!!!
