Create Accounti've tried to save a word doc in active sync in "my documents" and "notes" but when i try to view it onthe samsung, i receive "this document is faulty and could not be converted". so how can i save word docs in my samsung that i need to keep on there for reference? thanks

Do you have a conversion set for the Word file types in ActiveSync?
The I600 comes with Picsel viewer, so you don't need to convert the file (assuming you're using that and not some other app to view the file on the device)
I've still got AS v4.1, and on that you go to "Tools", "Advanced Tools", "Edit File Conversion Settings..."
Tell it not to convert the file and then try copying it to the device again
