POP3 settings on 750 Vodafone UK

Hi all,

I am writing on behalf of my dad who has just got this device. We cannot get the device to send or receive email via his pop3 accounts. The strange thing is that I am using the same settings I have in my Orange SPV M600 and it doesnt work. This leads me to believe that the networks are set up differently for internet mail.

At the moment I am using mail.emailprovider.net for both incoming and outgoing mail as described on the company's website. This of course works on my Orange device but not on my dad's Vodafone Treo.

If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.

Ok its because you have to use Vodafone's own outgoing mail server send.vodafone.net
