Got my i600 this morning and have not been able to get it connected via activesync. This surprises me as I am already syncing my treo 750v and MDA Vario with active sync with no problems. I'm using active sync 4.2. Any suggestions?

even more strangely, I managed to sync on my home imac using Missing Sync for Windows Mobile which never usually happens! I started off with Active Sync 4.5 which I had for my wm6 HTC Vox and couldn't connect so uninstalled it and reinstalled the version that came with the Samsung in the box, 4.2. When I initially connected the phone it came up with the message 'device recognised" but active sync can't find it. This has never happened before with any of my WM devices.

went back to version 4.5 on the advice of someone else and still no joy. Nobody else has had problems connecting I take it?!!
