How can I get my 3125 to use MS VC instead of the native voice-tagging and recognition application when I press "dial" on my Bluetooth headset (Jawbone)?

Right now, if I press "dial", I get a tone, and then the native voice-dialing application opens up. I want my Jawbone to activate MS VC instead.

I have installed MS Voice Command and it has over ridden the voice button so that it no longer activates the voice tags.  You need VC 1.6 in order for the button on the bluetooth headset to work it.
