Hi, I wonder if anyone can help please.

I've got a genuine M700 Glofiish, and have registered successfully at etencorp.com.

The "My Account" section does show a valid serial number and that I have an M700.

When I go to the WM6 upgrade section, it just keeps telling me that I don't have an X500 or M700 - and so it won't let me get an upgrade key!!!

I've registered with 4 seperate email addresses, each time it acecpts I have an M700 yet no luck.



Please help if you can, I'm tearing my hair out!!!
