How to make soft reset SAMSUNG SGH-I320N?

I got a problem with SAMSUNG SGH-I320N. I think soft reset can help that :) . Please tell me if any one know about it. I also want hard reset too. Thanks :P

The easiest Soft Reset is often to remove the battery just for 2secs.
