I like the way the WM5 built in alarm appears on the strtrk external display with the external buttons used for dismiss/snooze. But I hate the way you can't set the alarm only to wake up on weekdays and not weekends.

On my old C500 I used Citytime alarms which did the weekday only thing. But I'm guessing it won't support the external display.

So is there a piece of software that uses the external display/buttons AND can be set to go off only on weekdays?

Just set up recurring event with a reminder using desktop Outlook  and sync it with your phone

This will work for many, but not for me, as I have reminders turned off because I don't want a reminder for every event in my calendar. And it won't work if the phone's in silent mode, unlike many alarm apps that allow system sound override.

I too would love to find a powerful alarm app that can make use of the external buttons.
