The situation continues.

I forwarded an email from my live2web which had pictures etc to my hotmail account. The pic were gone. However, emails received from microsoft or services subscribed too  in my hotmail account miracously show the pictures. I thought HTML should include the embeddded graphics etc.

Does anyone else have this issue? If so which email providers are you using?

I mailed mail2web support - they said it's an issue of Exchange 2003 server and only Exchange 2007 hosted email will make HTML emails coming. Sadly as far as i know there's no mail2web-like Exchange 2007 service for free :)

I wonder if mail2web will be updating their server? does anyone know of an alternative that is reliable and either free or low cost.?
