Guest chucky.egg
You can just change the regsitry setting for the jpegimage, gifimage etc to point to PIMG.exe for example: HKCR \ gifimage \ Shell \ Open \ Command \ Default Changes from "picselifv.exe" "%1" to \Windows\PIMG.exe "%1"
Guest terewong
You can just change the regsitry setting for the jpegimage, gifimage etc to point to PIMG.exe for example: HKCR \ gifimage \ Shell \ Open \ Command \ Default Changes from "picselifv.exe" "%1" to \Windows\PIMG.exe "%1" On my SGH-i600, the path of string has a bit difference. HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\bmpimage\Shell\Open\Command HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\gifimage\Shell\Open\Command HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\jpgimage\Shell\Open\Command Change above string value from "picselifv.exe" "%1" to "pimg.exe" "%1" Instead of using pimg.exe ( Pictures & Video ) , I think we can also try to use Contents Manager.exe to open the image files. Guest Magnetic_dud
Instead of using pimg.exe ( Pictures & Video ) , I think we can also try to use Contents Manager.exe to open the image files. yes samsung's contents manager it's better than microsoft's picture reader :( works great i cannot understand why samsung had put picsel reader in rom. it's the slowest and worst viewer i've ever seen, and it auto unloads automatically on exit reloading all the time (that is slow) even if picsel is asking samsung 0.02 euro of royalties for every i600 sold, it's certainly not worth the price! edit: shall we edit also DRMOpen key?
