Installed WM6, some symbol characters are wrong

I have an English ROM and I use Hungarian locale. Recently I installed WM6.
On WM5 I had some character special to hungarian language (ő, ű, Ő, Ű), but after the upgrade they appear incorrect as the accents were removed. They all appear in the symbol list where they should, but "ő" is now "o", and "ű" became "u". (So there are 2 o's in the list, one is the proper "o", and the other is the wrong "ő")

Is there a way to edit the symbol list?

maybe taking the font from the wm5 rom and putting in windows\fonts?
