My phone was always plagued by low space for my on-board storage even with everything I installed being put onto my memory card.  Well, I found a 26MB text file called evtlog.txt and it's in the /Storage/Windows folder.  I deleted it a couple of days ago and checked it today, it's only up to about 200KB so far, but when looking at it, it seems to get updated every 10-30 seconds or so with some kind of date-time stamped data.  Is there a way to turn off this logging so I don't have to keep deleting this file every couple of months?  What is this file for?

Nevermind, making it read-only will keep it from being appended...
