Guest MalcolmS Posted October 23, 2007 Report Share Posted October 23, 2007 I installed a new SPL bootloader ( http://www.mrvanx.org/cms/index.php?option...0&Itemid=27 ) last night on my Orange SPV M3100 in preparation for upgrading to WM6 (Black Majik). However before I get around to that I note that none of my installed 3rd party programs still work. I get the following error message =============== filename.exe The file 'filename' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or none of its components cannot be found. You might need to reinstall or restore this file. =============== I've tried reinstalling the programs but cannot. Each one looks as though it's installing ok but gives me the error message "installation of filename.cab was unsuccessful". I've tried unistalling and then re-installing but it makes no difference.
