i300 HDD problem

Can anyone help me with this problem?

My hdd is not working. When i put phone to recharge it freezes and hdd is clickin continuosly until the battery falls to 15 % and then phone runs ok but whitout hdd.

Can i format it from windows or master reset.

HDD stop working on 25% batery
if you plug i300 to PC HDD is not working! You can only explore HDD on PC.

How can i format hdd when battery is low and its disconnected? Otherwise phone is not working.
