SYMPTOM:

Note: This has been repeated several times.

If outstanding reminders are on the screen on shut down or if the phone is shut down and a reminder becomes active during that time, it will display on the screen at next startup *before* you are prompted for PIN.

You can then read, dismiss or snooze it without having first entered your PIN.  

OK GSM-wise as the radio has probably still not fired up but not so good for personal privacy!
