I'm looking for the following software if anyone can help me out:

1) Software to catalog my collections of comic books and English language manga [I used to have some for my Tapwave Zodiac PDA].
2) Shopping List software.
3) Pill Reminder software for my medication that'll help remind me to take my epilepsy medication.

I'm preferably looking for software that comes in CAB installation format as my computer has been out of commission for a while now and will be while my friend fixes a problem with the main hard drive.

I think SPB recently launched a new list app, which seemed to go down welll (as most of their apps do)
I know there are "library" cataloging apps on Handango, and I'm sure I've seen a medication app too (although you may be better off just scheduling a recurring apppointment with a reminder in your device calendar)
