Need suggestions on making space within my MDA Touch...

Does anyone have any suggestions of what files and folders I can delete from my MDA Touch's internal memory and what files and folders I can move from it to my memory card as I need to make more space especially as I need to install a font called "MS Gothic" onto the internal memory for some Japanese language study software so I can view Japanese text properly.
