I woke up today to find my blackjack frozen.  I pulled out the battery and re-inserted it.  After the initial ATT boot screen I get "loading..." as the right soft key heading and again, freezes.

It looks like its fizz weather doing it, but I just want to reset the damn thing and start from the beginning.  Is there anyway to do this without active sync?  It won't sync or really do anything except hang.

All apps are installed on a flash card, but the phone doesn't even get past the ATT boot screen when I remove that.

Hard Reset
To perform a manual Hard Reset, press the Up Navigation key and the [Power] key.

Caution, if you perform a manual Hard Reset, the storage and setting is also initialized. You will lose all your data and programs.
