i600 Sync Problem Vista WMDC

I upgraded my i600 to Windows Mobile 6. Now it will not sync with my PC (running Vista) it tells me that I need to download ActiveSync 4.5 or later. This is not an option for Vista. So now I cannot sync, although I can use the mass storage option but that's not what I want.
