When I reboot my phone, it shows the start up splah screen, then the "Windows Mobile" screen and hang there.  When I call myself, I can get a ring tone on the calling side but on Graphite, nothing happens.

Anyone knows how to solve this problem ?
How do I hard reset the phone in this situation ?

I found from the forum that I can press the 'joystick' and the power button at the same time to do a hard reset.  Thanks.
