AT&T has video viewing feature called "Cellular Video" available through its MediaNet mobile web service.  The video clips play fine in WMP, but are in "postage stamp" size in the middle of the screen.  Choosing the "full screen" option in WMP does nothing to the size of the video on the screen.  This appears to be a Q9h-specific issue, as other WM6 devices (BJII) can play the videos fullscreen.  Is anyone aware of a registry edit to get these videos to play fullscreen?

yes we need to find a fix for this there has to be a way to upsize the video doesnt make sense that it would only be that small
