Searching did not help.

Anyone have a problem with syncing their i607 to Outlook 2007 using ActiveSync 4.5? I get an error "ActiveSync encountered a problem on the desktop. Support code: 85010014"

Same phone syncs fine to laptop, AS 4.5 and Outlook 2003.

Thanks for any help.

Have you tried googling the error message? Lots of troubleshooting guides!
