I found a couple of values ("EnablePort5060", etc.) that I enabled (from 0 to 1) them.
Now under Settings/Phone/ I have "Internet calling" menu available. Now if I use Windows Default Home screen, there is an element that says "Internet Calling:Service Blocked"
I wonder, if ATT blocks 5060 all together? or because there is no ip routing back to the phone?
But anyway, there is no built-it SIP configuration UI.

Any thoughts? Anyone? it looks like WM6 has lots of things that ATT just hid and blocked, maybe wifi on q9h is not impossible?
