Is it possible to easily and for free, convert MPEG-4 Movie files to Windows Media files so that I can view them on my phone? (Blackjack II)

Try using "SUPER" found here:
http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html

But I still prefer to use TCPMP as a player on my phone so that I don't have to worry about converting anything, ever....unless it's RM of course, but real media sucks anyway...

Okay, I guess I should be using the search button a little more before I post.  I found a thread on TCPMP and found it to do exactly what I was looking for.  Just one question though.  I have beautiul video but no sound.  When I play the xm radio I can hear it without headphones, its like playing on the speakerphone.  But with TCPMP I cant figure it out.  I dont have headphones for my phone yet, still waiting for an adapter (3.5mm), should I be able to hear it without phones?
