Okay so it's time to upgrade my Audiovox Q6600 from 4 years ago.  I have always eyed the Artemis and the price is about half of what it was originally which sounds good.  Since the unit is not here yet, I was just curious if anyone has used the onboard GPS as a Golf GPS solution while playing golf on their home course.  

I love my Q6600 since I use it with my BT GPS receiver and navigate my home course.  But, the battery runs out after about 3 hours.
