Hey guys, im new here and just had a quick question I hope you can answer. Im trying to put tv shows i downloaded onto my Q9m from the microsoft activesync. I drag it into my storage folder and when i access the file on my Q its not recognizing it as a media file. When I go to the windows player on my Q it adds the video to my library but upon opening it I get an error message "alert - An object or name was not found". Thanks for any input you guys have to help me.
