Not able to acess Moto Q Files in PC While Connected through USB

I am not able to see any thing when I connect MyQ 8 to my PC through USB. IS there any S/W which makes it work?

I had a simalar problem with my Q.  There is a new ActivSync download that is upgraded to fix a usb issue.  it worked for me.

Mine came with software on a disk.
