Hi there,

I'm having a look at CooTek's TouchPal but cannot for the life of me get it to run. It installs fine, and I can see it in the input method list, and select it as default but it won't stay. The message of doing a soft reset comes up but as of yet, i cannot get it to work.

Is the fact that there's a keyboard physically on the phone causing a problem? Anyone else figured out how to work this on an M3100 or variant?

have you got it installed on SD card or Main Memory.

I seem to recall this sort of problem when it launced with people installing on sd card. If so uninstall it and reinstall to main memory.
