OK, so there's video guides and all that stuff telling you about how to do it and pressing a button within 2/10 of a second and it's all a load of waffle.

It took me ages to work it out but once sorted, I can do it every time...

With a card in:
Press the voice record button while powering it on and wait until the card found message disappears.

It will now say press any key to enter bootloader.

Just press and hold the centre action button.

That's it.

Works every time

Yep that's the best way, one guide I wrote explained this, but the important part is to remember to have a storage card in the phone as it slows the bootl process down.
